We are currently host to one of London's best club night, Roller Disco, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Should you wish to keep the same theme for your event please note that the capacity for events that require skating facilities is 650.

Sound and Light Engineers
- We will be pleased to provide professional in-house sound and light engineers to meet your specific requirements. We kindly ask that any audio/video check times are arranged with the duty/venue manager in advance.
Visuals and Effects
- We will be more than happy to arrange any special visual requests you may require. We can also help you with hiring of any extra equipment/technicians for your needs, Smoke machines are also available in the venue for your use. Should you wish to bring your own equipment into the venue please note that you are kindly required to present P.A.T. test certificate for safety reasons
Venue Dressing
- For safety reasons, dressing materials brought into the venues must be Fire Certificated Class A & O spread of flame. A confirmation in writing is required before the event. Please check with the Duty/Venue Manager for further information.
Staff
- We will be happy to arrange experienced and friendly door and bar staff and hosts, you are however more than welcome to bring in your own should you wish to do so.
- CCTV cameras operate throughout the venue. We also work with a licensed professional security company with both male and female security staff.
Parking
- There's limited parking available on site. There's on street parking in surrounding areas. Sainsburys parking facilities at Wandsworth Road can also be used (Please note that fees may apply)
Load In & Load Out
- We accept deliveries via the entrance opposite Arch 8, off Miles Street. We kindly ask that all production is taken off the premises after the event.
Disabled Access
- Renaissance Rooms offers Disabled access through Room Two. We also have disabled restroom facilities. Please note that there are two steps connecting the two rooms therefore we require our disabled guest accompanied by at least one guest.
