The tickets for Roller Disco are electronic. After you have paid for your tickets you will be emailed confirmation of your order. Please print this and bring it with you to the venue. This confirmation is your ticket, upon arrival at the venue you will be asked to present your confirmation. If you cannot print this please make a note of the reference number and quote it with the credit or debit card the tickets were purchased with.
Roller Disco is unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellation by the customer unless the event is cancelled by Roller Disco. All bookings are not transferable to other events and are strictly not for resale. If this booking is resold or transferred whether for profit or for commercial gain or otherwise by anyone it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the Event.
Please note that wrist, knee and elbow guards are available free of charge at the skate hire. Using protective equipment will help reduce the likely hood of injury due to a fall or collision. Roller Disco accepts no responsibility for injury caused by a fall or collision that could have been prevented had the appropriate protective equipment have been used.
People who bring their own skates and equipment into the venue are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of such, and Roller Disco cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injury and damage caused by such skates and equipment to yourself or a third party.
Roller Disco reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove people from the venue for any reason including behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Roller Disco or their representatives staffing the Event.
People skating at this venue do so entirely at their own risk and the management cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by in house structures, objects, or by actions of other skaters. Roller Disco are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused to yourself or third party, your property or clothing.
