Where is Roller Disco Renaissance Rooms?

Do I have to pay extra for skate hire?
The use of sktes is included in the admission price.

What type of skates do you have?
We supply Quads.

Can I bring my own skates?
You are more than welcome to bring your own skates. There is no restriction as to the type of skates that you can bring in the Venue. Quads or in-lines are all welcome!

Do I have to skate?
As it is a Roller Disco we encourage everyone to go on their skates if only for a short while. The entrance fee is inclusive of skate hire and the discount is only offered to our clients who have their own skates.

What sort of music is played at the Roller Disco?
We play 70's and 80's funk and disco as well as house music and popular music. There are two rooms in the venue where different styles of music is played throughout the night. Please see the music section of our website to hear samples of music played by our DJ's.

Is there an age limit?
Due to licenced bars the the event is stricly for over 18's. A valid form of ID such as Passport and Driving licence is required. Please note that we do not accept Student ID's or work cards.

Are there lockersin the Venue where I can store my belongings?
We have a cloakroom in the venue. All items will be charged seperately at £1.50

Do you serve alcohol?
There are three bars in the venue and a wide range of soft and alcoholic drinks served throughout the night. All major Credit Cards are accepted at the bars at a minimum spend of £10

Do you serve food in the Venue?
We do not serve food in the Venue.

Can I buy retro outfits and accessories in the Venue?
We do not sell clothing in the Venue. We do have skating accesories at the skatehire such as kneepads and protective gear.


How will I receive my tickets?
The tickets for Roller Disco are electronic. After you have paid for your tickets you will be emailed confirmation of your order. Please print this and bring it with you to the venue. This confirmation is your ticket, upon arrival at the venue you will be asked to present your confirmation along with valid ID and the credit or debit card the tickets were purchased with.

Is this site secure?

Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the banks computers.

Is shopping on the Internet safe?
Communication between you, us and SecureTrading is encrypted using the SSL mechanism built into your browser. This ensures that even if someone were able to monitor the traffic between you and the SecureTrading server, they would not be able to read it. Encryption is used on all pages within the SecureTrading system, making Internet shopping as safe as possible.

How do you protect the buyer's data?
The SecureTrading software sits behind a corporate firewall. Access to this machine is strictly controlled, preventing unauthorized access to your personal data. Once you have passed your Credit Card details to SecureTrading they are stored on their server in an encrypted format.

Do you check for fraudulent cards?

When we receive your Credit Card details, an on-line check of your Credit Card is conducted with their Acquiring bankers. This process ensures the number you entered actually corresponds to a real credit card number and is not a bogus card. The system also checks various "Hot Card lists" to ensure that no fraudulent use is being made of any Credit Card. This on-line verification of your details is carried out over a secure line to the bank. Credit Card data is, at no time, sent over the Internet during the validation process

Do I have any Legal Protection?

You are protected by the normal laws of England, in particular The Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 (c. 35) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (c.43)
